Fishing Social Network (FSN) is online community for fishermen, organizations, and all other lovers of sport fishing. It consists of website www.fishingsocial.net (https://www.fishingsocial.net/), mobile application FSN for Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sttewan.fsn) and iOS (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/fishing-social-network/id1617084645).
This document represents written terms and conditions, to govern relationship between FSN and end-user (user).
While creating free account on FSN, over Register form, by checking required option "I agree to Terms of use.", user has to confirm that he is compliant with this Terms of use.
Persons under 18 years old are not allowed to register for an account on FSN.
FSN reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue Terms of use, including Privacy policy and Licence agreement. Registered user will be promptly notified over agreed communication channel.

These terms and conditions are governed by laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
FSN is willing to resolve disputes by peaceful means. When resolution is not possible, it is jurisdiction of Court in the Republic of Serbia.
In case of any illegal activities by user, or other third-party, FSN will cooperate with law and government offices.
Technology necessary to use FSN requires stable and fast internet connection, modern and updated operating system (on computer or mobile device), modern and updated antivirus protection.
Application specific requirements are:
- Website: Modern and updated Web browser.
- Android: Modern Phone/Tablet device with access to store.
- iOS: Modern iPhone/iPad device with access to store.
User is responsible to meet the above technical requirements.
User-generated content (UGC) is content that user contribute to FSN, and which is visible to or accessible by at least a subset of other users.
Before user can create or upload UGC, it is required to accept the Terms of use and Privacy policy while registering for free account.
UGC can be created over Add or Edit catch form, Add or Edit tackle form, Comment and Comment reply form, and Chat form.
Objectionable content and behaviours that are prohibited may be in the form of text, image, link, and other electronic formats, or by spamming, hacking, identity theft, other types of misbehavior and violations.
Liability for third-party websites and user-generated content, unsavoury content and misinformation, is user's responsibility.
UGC moderation is done manually by FSN admin, or automatically by implementing mechanisms for violation prevention. Users are advised to report, block, or delete objectionable content and behaviours.
FSN provides in-app system for reporting objectionable UGC and users, in-app system for blocking UGC and users, and takes action against that UGC and/or user where appropriate.
Sexual content is strictly forbidden and will lead to permanent user account termination, without any further notice.
Prohibited practices limit what users may do while using FSN. The list of prohibited practices, but not limited to, include:
- Terms violation,
- Privacy violation,
- Copyright violation,
- Intellectual violation,
- Legal violation,
- Inappropriate content,
- Abusive messaging,
- Abusive commenting,
- Spamming,
- Racial harassment,
- Sexual harassment,
- Insulting,
- Disturbance,
- Cyberbullying,
- Cyberstalking,
- Wildlife violation,
- Animal abuse,
- Overfishing,
- Illegal fishing,
- Online scams,
- Other reason.
FSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate users with or without notice when they engage in prohibited practices, as described in termination clause below.
In case of any illegal activities by user, or other third-party, FSN will cooperate with law and government offices.
Copyright and intellectual property (IP) laws of the Republic of Serbia protect all FSN's trademarks, logos, and copyrights.
Taking FSN's digital assets (image, text, program code, or other), and using them for commercial or personal reasons, is not allowed without written permission.

FSN is committed to respect intellectual property rights of others. By adding text, images, and URL's, user agrees that he has all necessary permissions to copy and share third-party content.
Privacy policies describe to users how FSN process, store, and share their personally identifiable information (PII).

Account creation and use of FSN's web and mobile applications is free of charge. FSN is not liable to pay or refund any amount to the user, or other third-party.
In no event shall FSN be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost of user data, lost of user money, lost of user property, lost of user profits, or other third-party, temporal or permanent service unavailability (web or mobile applications), and other reasons.
When the data breach is caused by user. or other third-party, misuse or violation of prohibited practices, FSN will not be liable for any damage or legal consequences.
Persons under 18 years old are not allowed to register and use FSN's services (web and mobile applications). FSN is not liable for any damage or legal consequences for users under 18 years old.
User is liable to meet the technical requirements required to use FSN's services (web and mobile applications).
FSN is not liable for objectionable content and behaviours that are prohibited. User is liable for using third-party websites and user-generated content, unsavoury content and misinformation.
When adding text, images, and URL's, user is liable to have all necessary permissions to copy and share third-party content.
User is liable to keep his credentials safe. FSN will not be liable for any damage or legal consequences caused by loss of credentials.
FSN may terminate access to website and mobile applications at its sole discretion.
In case of misbehavior and violation of above-described prohibited practices by the user, FSN reserve the right to temporary or permanently terminate access to user without further notice.
Depending on violation severity, user data will be permanently deleted or kept without having to release it back to terminated user.
Terminated user's data, including personal data, can be kept as an evidence to violation or abuse, in case of illegal or criminal activities as requested by the law and government offices.
